These Terms of Service apply when you visit or make a purchase from DownNDirty Clothing Co through www.downndirty.co.uk.

DownNDirty Clothing Co sells automotive-inspired clothing, accessories and related products through our website and at selected events and car shows.

2. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you are responsible for making sure the information you provide is accurate, including your delivery address and contact details.
After placing an order, you will receive confirmation that we have received it.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, for example if an item is unavailable, there has been an obvious pricing or product information error, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund for the cancelled item or order.
3. Products
We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device or display settings. Because many of our products are produced and printed in-house, minor variations in print positioning, colour or finish may occur.
These minor production variations are not necessarily faults and are part of the nature of printed garments.
This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise do not meet the requirements of UK consumer law.
4. Prices & Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless stated otherwise.
The price payable is the price shown when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.
5. Delivery
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Any delivery or dispatch times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering.

6. Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
Your rights to cancel an online order, return goods and receive a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
7. Personalised & Custom Products
Products that have been personalised, customised or made specifically to your requirements may not be eligible for cancellation or return simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
8. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiry dates and availability.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to an order that has already been completed.
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary, provided this does not affect orders already validly placed under that promotion.

You may use our website for lawful personal and shopping purposes.
